All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

Returns must be handled within 30 days of the date on the invoice and could be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee. A canceled order that has already been processed will be subject to a 25% fee. No returns on electrical parts. No cash refunds, store credit only. No returns are accepted without a valid tracking #, RMA # and the original invoice or packing list must accompany the return.  To initiate a return, visit your order deails page through "My Account", select the action "Return Item(s)" for the order that contains items for return and complete the prompts as requested.
