Order Cancellations: All orders cancelled after payment are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% cancellation fee for credit card or PayPal transactions.
Return Policy:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
A 15%-20% restocking fee may apply.
No returns accepted on electrical parts.
No cash refunds; store credit only.
Returns must include the original invoice and a valid tracking number.
Returns received after 30 days will be denied.
Forced Inductions LLC reserves the right to deny any return or claim.
Claims: Damage incurred during shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier. Once a shipment leaves our facility, Forced Inductions LLC is not responsible for damage or delays. We expressly disclaim liability for any lost profits or special damages resulting from product use or failure.
Warranty Policy:
Warranties are only valid from the original date of purchase and only apply to items purchased directly from Forced Inductions LLC or its authorized dealers.
Warranty coverage does not begin at installation but at purchase.
Forced Inductions LLC is not liable for products sold by third parties.
We will not honor claims without proof of purchase from an authorized source.
Any modification, misuse, or improper installation voids all warranties.
We expressly disclaim liability for any incidental or consequential damages related to any warranty or product failure.
All products are sold "as-is" unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. No representative or employee is authorized to alter or extend warranty terms on behalf of Forced Inductions LLC.
The buyer acknowledges that high-performance automotive parts carry inherent risks. The buyer accepts full responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for their application.
By purchasing from Forced Inductions LLC, the buyer agrees that Forced Inductions LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses—direct or indirect—that arise from the use, failure, or malfunction of any product.
Under no circumstances shall Forced Inductions LLC be liable for any business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of use, or any other commercial or personal damages resulting from a defective product.
Third-Party Use Disclaimer: Forced Inductions LLC provides parts and products intended for use by experienced professionals. We are not liable for damages, claims, or liability arising from installation, modification, resale, or use of our products by third parties, corporate entities, or OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). Buyers agree to perform due diligence and independent testing prior to use in commercial applications or resale.
No Implied Warranty for Fitness or Merchantability: All warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed unless stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for determining product compatibility, application, and safety.
Hold Harmless Agreement: Buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Forced Inductions LLC from any litigation, damages, claims, expenses, or legal fees arising from the use, resale, or integration of any Forced Inductions LLC product into third-party applications, including but not limited to industrial, commercial, racing, or fleet use.
No Contractual Liability: No employee, agent, representative, or reseller of Forced Inductions LLC is authorized to modify or extend warranty terms or create any binding legal agreements or representations regarding product performance or suitability without written approval by executive management. Any such agreements are null and void.
Corporate Buyer Waiver: Corporate entities purchasing products from Forced Inductions LLC agree to waive any rights to claim consequential damages, business interruption losses, or indirect liabilities. Products are sold without contractual warranty obligations unless specifically negotiated in a separate agreement signed by both parties.
Turbo Safety/Thermal Blankets: Forced Inductions LLC is not responsible for any failure to meet safety inspections or regulations due to the installation or absence of thermal protection devices. Blankets are not guaranteed to prevent damage. If a turbo blanket fails due to turbocharger failure, contact us directly. Do not reuse damaged blankets.
Storage Policy:
We are not a storage facility. Equipment/parts must be picked up or delivered promptly.
Items left beyond 48 hours may incur storage fees of up to $100 per day, depending on size and weight.
Minimum charge: $500/week per item.
Items left more than 30 days become property of Forced Inductions LLC and may be sold to cover fees. No refunds will be issued.
Storage fees must be paid in advance. Equipment not paid for becomes property of Forced Inductions LLC.
Any unclaimed or unpaid items after 30 days are forfeit. No exceptions.
